Life is not a contrived image. My path led through the world of exact logic and IT, where for many years I tried to function as a flawless machine. Under the pressure to perform and a rigid pursuit of perfection, I built an identity that was merely „living on credit“ – until my own body pulled the emergency brake to protect me from myself.Every scar carries its story. This stage is no longer about pushing further limits with clenched teeth. It is about casting off masks and accepting the fact that even the most powerful system has its limits. It is a firm decision to live in the actual presence – without virtual illusions and endless hiding from reality.

When the curtain of performance pressure falls and the alarm sirens of the nervous system fall silent, only the bare human essence remains. My lean towards psychology is a deep personal need to understand the mechanisms that govern not only our minds but also our survival. I seek answers to where the artificial mask ends and true, authentic connection begins.The goal is to transform past experiences as an IT specialist and years of self-destruction into values built on absolute truth.
